Join us for our Dinner Pa’ina, an intimate multi-course dining experience curated by Red Salt’s Executive Chef Kenny Giambalvo. Set against the breathtaking oceanfront views of Poipu Beach, this exclusive culinary journey showcases an innovative approach to seasonal flavors and local ingredients. Each dinner has an optional wine pairing experience for an additional $75 per person to enhance the flavors and create a memorable celebration of the season in an extraordinary setting.

Discover the spirit of aloha with our December Dinner Pa‘ina Series, hosted under the stars. This intimate chef’s table invites you to savor a multi-course menu and optional elevated wine pairings, creating a perfectly balanced experience for every guest.

Limited availability. Guests must be 21+ to attend. Event may be moved indoors in case of inclement weather. No menu modifications. Refunds not guaranteed. If fewer than four tickets are sold, we reserve the right to cancel the experience. In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued.
